redwood city. fire and police are on the scene of a fatal accident this morning. it happened in the overnight hours in the 1700 block of east bayshore road. if to get you more news faster, we will go to kron4 jackies sissel who is live on the scene. >> this was a single car crash that took the life of a driver. a car traveling down east bay shore lost control and slammed into another car. the driver was thrown from the car as she was pronounced dead on the same. the car kept on going and osmanli ended up in a storage facility down about a half a mile perry ed the roadway has been closed since this time and it has been about five hours. we are on the other side of the bushes of highway 1 01 north bound. you can see the

arguments from prosecutors and defense lawyers. he said that the affidavit from pistorius, in which he gave his version of the even said took place in his home, had helped his application for bail. pistorius shot and killed model reeva steenkamp in the predawn hours of february the 14th. badly says that he shot her accidentally, thinking that she was an intruder in his home. prosecutors say that the shooting followed a loud argument between the two. they say that he intended to kill her, and they have charged him with premeditated murder. he is being released on a $1 million bail. that is about
